It goes without saying that We are committed to accurately identifying any wetland areas on our property in collaboration with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). This step is crucial for environmental compliance and protection.
Lake Waccamaw is steeped in Historical & Cultural Resources, we will invite experts to conduct a thorough review to identify any historical or cultural resources present on our land. This ensures that the Essam Bio-Energy Facility adheres to all relevant regulations and respects the heritage of the area.
We prioritize biodiversity conservation and will assess the presence of any protected species within or around our property. This assessment guides us in implementing measures to mitigate any potential impacts on wildlife.
Understanding soil conditions, including the location and depth of aquifers, is essential for the facility’s success. Geotechnical experts will conduct detailed subsurface exploration to gather crucial data.
